Microneedling

Microneedling is one of the most trusted and transformative skin treatments for improving texture, tone, scarring, and overall skin vitality. By creating thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin, microneedling triggers the body’s natural healing cascade — stimulating collagen and elastin production to firm, smooth, and rejuvenate the skin from within.

This controlled injury process encourages new cell turnover, remodels the dermal structure, and enhances the skin’s ability to absorb active ingredients more effectively. Over time, this results in brighter, tighter, healthier skin with refined pores, improved scars, and a radiant, youthful glow.

At Bonita Aesthetics, we take this trusted technique to a higher clinical standard. Our Regenerative Microneedling treatments go beyond surface stimulation. By combining precision microneedling with medical-grade regenerative serums, we supercharge the skin’s natural repair response and deliver targeted actives deep into the dermal layers — where true transformation happens.

Why Our Microneedling Is Different

Our approach merges advanced skin science with regenerative medicine to accelerate healing, calm inflammation, and rebuild the skin’s architecture — leaving you with skin that doesn’t just look better temporarily, but functions better long-term. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Every session at Bonita Aesthetics is tailored to your unique skin condition and goals, ensuring that your skin receives exactly what it needs to heal and regenerate optimally. Whether you’re targeting acne scars, pigmentation, fine lines, loss of firmness, or dullness, your treatment plan is designed with clinical precision and care.

What makes our approach revolutionary?

✔ Powered by human stem cell–derived growth factors and cytokines — the gold standard in regenerative skin therapy, shown to dramatically enhance collagen induction and accelerate repair.

✔ Scientifically formulated to be anti-inflammatory, collagen-boosting, and skin-calming, supporting optimal healing and reducing downtime.

✔ Lab-purified and ethically sourced, containing no live cells, animal products, or donor tissue.

✔ Clinically trusted worldwide — the same regenerative formulations used by leading dermatologists, cosmetic doctors, and skin specialists.

✔ Fine lines and wrinkles

✔ Acne scarring and enlarged pores

✔ Melasma and hyperpigmentation

✔ Uneven skin tone and dullness

✔ Loss of elasticity and sagging skin

✔ Sun damage and textural roughness

✔ Stretch marks

✔ Skin barrier damage or inflammation-prone skin

What Regenerative Microneedling Can Treat

Premium Exosomes

Our most premium option, this treatment uses our premium Exosomes, which are nano-sized vesicles packed with instructions like mRNA, peptides, and growth factors. Designed to target deeper dermal layers, this serum is unmatched in stimulating collagen, elastin, and cellular turnover.

Perfect For: advanced anti-aging, deep texture concerns, and dramatic rejuvenation

Brightening Exosomes

This formulation is the same as the premium exosome solution, but it combines tranexamic acid to deeply correct pigmentation, improve luminosity, and even out skin tone. The exosomes enhance absorption and delivery, making results faster and more visible.

Perfect For: melasma-prone or pigmentation-sensitive skin needing deep correction

Growth Factor Solution

Formulated with bone marrow–derived growth factors and cytokines, this powerful serum supports skin regeneration, reduces inflammation, and stimulates natural collagen production. It’s especially effective for early aging, mild acne scarring, and dull or compromised skin barriers.

Perfect For: general skin concerns, rejuvenation, fine lines, large pores, stretch marks, dullness

Brightening Solution

The formulation is the same as the growth factor solution, but it is infused with powerful skin-brightening agents to target pigmentation, dullness, and uneven skin tone, without causing inflammation. This makes it ideal for those with mild pigmentation, sun damage, or stubborn discolouration.

Perfect For: mild pigmentation, sun damage, discolouration

Who Can't Get Microneedling

Medical Conditions

  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding – treatment is postponed due to hormonal fluctuations and limited safety data during this period.

  • Uncontrolled diabetes – impaired wound healing can increase the risk of infection and poor results.

  • Blood clotting disorders or current use of blood-thinning medications (e.g., warfarin, aspirin) – these increase the risk of bleeding and bruising.

  • Autoimmune diseases or conditions affecting wound healing – skin may not respond predictably to controlled injury.

  • Active cancer or those undergoing chemotherapy or radiation – compromised immunity and skin recovery.

  • Epilepsy – to avoid triggering seizures during treatment.

Skin Conditions & Recent Treatments

  • Active acne, infection, cold sores, eczema, psoriasis, or open wounds – to prevent spreading bacteria or worsening irritation.

  • History of keloid or hypertrophic scarring – microneedling may stimulate abnormal scar formation.

  • Extremely thin, fragile, or sunburned skin – increased risk of injury and pigmentation changes.

  • Recent injectable treatments, chemical peels, laser procedures, or other skin resurfacing treatments — allow at least 2–4 weeks between procedures for proper healing.

  • Recent isotretinoin (Accutane) use within the last 6–12 months — this can impair skin healing and increase complication risks.

  • Recent facial waxing or depilatory use — skin must recover fully before treatment

Other Considerations

  • Recent sun exposure or tanning – Can make the skin more sensitive and increase the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.

  • Chronic skin conditions such as rosacea or dermatitis – May experience excessive inflammation; consultation required to assess suitability.

  • Unrealistic expectations – Microneedling delivers gradual skin improvement over multiple sessions, not instant surgical results

  • Lack of proper aftercare – Skipping sunscreen, hydration, or post-treatment instructions can reduce results and increase complications.

Consultation and Skin Assessment

Your experience begins with a comprehensive consultation where we assess your skin type, concerns, and goals in detail. We’ll evaluate factors such as your skin’s thickness, texture, healing capacity, and any pre-existing conditions to ensure microneedling is the best treatment for you.

Based on this assessment, we’ll customise your treatment plan — selecting the most appropriate serum formulation, needle depth, and session frequency to align with your unique skin goals, whether that’s targeting acne scars, pigmentation, fine lines, or overall rejuvenation. You’ll also be guided through expected outcomes, healing timelines, and aftercare, so you feel informed and confident.

Skin Preparation

Your skin is thoroughly cleansed and prepped using antiseptic solutions to create a hygienic environment and optimise serum penetration. Most clients don't need topical numbing for this procedure, as most find it very tolerable — often describing the sensation as a light scratching or prickling feeling. This step ensures the skin is in its best condition to receive treatment, minimising the risk of irritation and supporting an even, effective microneedling session.

Microneedling

Using a precision microneedling device, we create thousands of controlled micro-channels across the treatment area. These micro-injuries stimulate your skin’s natural regenerative response, boosting collagen and elastin production while enhancing the penetration of active ingredients.

Simultaneously, we infuse a targeted regenerative serum—chosen specifically for your skin needs—containing ingredients such as growth factors, peptides, or exosomes (depending on your selected treatment). These actives travel deep into the dermal layers, working synergistically with microneedling to amplify repair, calm inflammation, and stimulate cellular renewal.

The needle depth is carefully adjusted for different areas and concerns, ensuring optimal results with maximum comfort.

Most clients experience mild redness or warmth for 1–3 days post-treatment. For best results, a course of 3–6 sessions is recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
